![]() Kennedy Center American College Theatre FestivalĪll students who have been involved in theatre productions are eligible to join us on our yearly trip to attend the regional Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival conference in January where there are engaging workshops to attend, plays to get involved with, and plays to see! This group is the backbone of the Theatre Department. They produce student directed work, organize performances and fundraisers, and volunteer in the community. Alpha Psi Omega was awarded Club of the Year 2008 for its outstanding service and outreach in the community. Join the Honorary Theatre Society, Alpha Psi OmegaĪnyone interested in theatre can attend meetings with this exciting student group in early fall and learn what is required to join. Students can receive college credit for involvement in productions. If you like building, painting, property making, sewing or working with lighting, you can join the production team for a show! Also, there are opportunities to become involved as a stage manager or member of the show run crew. There are many opportunities to work “behind the scenes” on productions. ![]() ![]() We mount four productions each year, so we encourage all students to become involved! Students can also receive college credit for involvement in productions. Opportunity to Get InvolvedĪuditions for roles are open to all Grand View students.
